About Liv
All About Me – Education Engagement Assistant I am a dedicated Education Engagement Assistant working at an independent special school, where I support students with a range of needs to achieve their full potential. Fully DBS-checked and currently working towards my Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, I am passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. In my role, I have received extensive training tailored to the requirements of supporting children with diverse educational and social needs. My focus is on creating engaging, accessible lessons and providing individualised support to ensure each student feels valued and capable. I work closely with teachers to implement effective strategies that meet the unique needs of our learners. I am eager to expand my experience and work towards obtaining my teaching qualification, with the ultimate goal of securing a teaching position within my current school. I am highly motivated to develop my teaching skills further and contribute to the success and well-being of my students. In my previous experience, I successfully guided pupils to achieve GCSE grades ranging from 6 to 8 (B-A)* by fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment. While my passion lies in Art and Design, I have the versatility to teach across multiple subjects up to GCSE level, ensuring pupils receive a well-rounded education. I take pride in my ability to inspire confidence and creativity in students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. I am committed to making learning accessible and engaging for all.
