About Sofia

Ciao! I am a 35 years old actress from Rome, I grew up in Rome, but I lived in New York, in London, in Milan , in Los Angeles, in Houston and now I m temporary back to Rome waiting for things to get better in the world and run back to London. My mother is an amazing chef so she taught me to cook, my parents had a restaurant on a little town on the lake of Bracciano where the castle is, and I helped in the kitchen and learned the best simple and delicious italian recipes since I was a little girl. I gave lessons to many people all over the world, individually and small groups. Everyone is been always happy with me:)

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is simply to cook together and share the love I have for the food from my country , I usually explain the importance of every single ingredients, the recipes and their origins. I 'm fun and I also believe that old roman music helps to feed with love what we do in the kitchen. We can also add italian conversation in the meantime if you are willing to go to Italy soon!
