I have been working under a tutoring agent for more than three years. Primarily tutoring Geography to matriculants. I have tutored learners who attended private schools and those who attended public schools. I have vast knowledge as I did Geography up to my second year at university.

The best approach that I have found to work is continuously testing the learner through formative assessments e.g. minitets and spot tests to see if the learner understood what you taught them. I also value constant feedback so I can improve.
