About Jack

A&R Manager and dance music producer with 10+ years in electronic music. I’ve developed a 30-artist roster, coached producers for Spinnin’ Records, and placed songs with artists like Marshmello, Jax Jones, Oskar Med K and more. As a producer I’ve released on Tomorrowland, Spinnin’ and Monstercat with support from Tiësto and Martin Garrix. I offer coaching to help aspiring A&Rs break into the industry.

About the lesson

Want to break into the music industry and become a successful A&R at a record label? I’ll help you understand exactly what it takes to get started and develop the skills needed to succeed.

As an experienced A&R professional working with record labels, I’ll share practical, real-world knowledge that you won’t necessarily learn through traditional music industry courses.

What you’ll learn:

* Artist Discovery: How to find emerging talent before everyone else.
* Data Analysis: How to use Spotify, TikTok and streaming analytics to identify potential hits.
* A&R Strategy: How record labels evaluate artists, songs and commercial opportunities.
* Music Industry Knowledge: Understanding record deals, royalties, licensing and how labels operate.
* Networking: How to approach artists, managers and industry professionals.
* Career Development: How to break into the industry, build experience and secure A&R opportunities.

My lessons are tailored to your current experience.
