About Miss
A few years ago, I started my fitness journey not in a fancy gym, but in my small bedroom with a yoga mat, a few dumbbells, and a lot of self-doubt. I was tired of feeling weak — physically and mentally. Every push-up felt impossible, but I showed up every day. Slowly, my body got stronger… and so did my mindset. That journey changed my life, and that's why I became a personal trainer — not just to help people lose weight or gain muscle, but to help them believe in themselves the way I had to learn to believe in myself. I know what it’s like to start from zero. And now, it’s my mission to guide others from self-doubt to self-discipline, from excuses to results. If I could do it, so can you — and I’m here to help every step of the way.
