About Anthony

I am very interested in the mechanics of the human body. Since childhood I have always been curious and used my own body as an experimental tool, for example when I was in junior high school I was curious about 'Vertical Jump', so I did research on the best method and applied it to my own body.
If you are used to this kind of learning method, then all the information I will guarantee has been scientifically proven and not made up or ridiculous.

Since college I started to explore bodybuilding and train my body naturally (without using performance enhancing drugs or steroids). Therefore, I believe that the methods that I have successfully applied to me can be adapted and also applied to others, because I am a natural athlete.

About the lesson

After years of exploring the world of fitness, I have met people who have different fitness needs, and the way they achieve their goals is also different. Therefore I do not provide the same exercise for everyone, the program that I design is a program designed SPECIALLY for you.

Some of my methods can help you to achieve the following goals:
- Bodybuilding (reducing fat, slimming the body, toning muscles)
- Strengthen or increase muscle mass
- For health purposes, if you previously had certain diseases, I hope you have consulted first
