About Bridget

Ever smiling Bridget Mokobane from Polokwane. I am a 27-year-old woman who is passionate and goal-driven. I go for what I want, I am a risk taker. I am interested in teaching because it is a way of sharing my knowledge and coping skills with the world and I believe that we all need someone we can vent out to. I've always had a soft spot for the well-being of others. It is what makes me sleep peacefully at night knowing that I helped someone to find themselves, believe and have a new hope of life. Allow me to help you so that you can be able to help yourself. I have experience in working with young children, teenagers and adults in the field of addiction, conflict resolution and anger management and other social skills. I have worked with the Department of Education, Health and Social Development.

About the lesson

Your well-being is my priority as a Social Worker. I provide services in social skills, more specifically on addiction recovery, anger management, conflict resolution and sex education for all age groups. I am based at Senwabarwana (Polokwane, Limpopo), I do online sessions and I can also travel to a convenient location. I have a BA Social Work degree with proven experience in the above-mentioned fields. Addiction can be in many forms. It can be caused by anger, conflicts or other external factors in our lives. I'm willing to share my knowledge and skills on how to resolve those issues. Addiction is not permanent regardless of how long and deep it is. Allow me to help you as I helped a lot of people out there to find themselves again. Our children are struggling to come to terms with life challenges and that can hinder their academic excellence. They might not be able to talk to their families, that is where I come in. I provide sex education for teenagers and guidance through any other issues as it's proven that teenage pregnancy, HIV/ AIDS and other infections are the most bothering issues in our country.
