So basically, I am studying at Vitam College, and there he came as a soft skills teacher. At first, I didn't even know about soft skills, but he introduced himself and then explained his real motive. He wanted us to do our best in our future interviews for well-known companies like TCS, Infosys, Google, etc., so he came to give us knowledge about how to answer when the HR/recruiter asks us questions not based on studies but based on ourselves, where the chances are high for cut-off. He also teaches us all the verbal questions plus non-verbal things like how to walk while going to an interview, how to sit, how to behave properly, the dress code, and everything. He even knows psychology, as by knowing some things about ourselves like DOB, name, and all that, he says what's our weakness and strength. I know about this because he already conducted that in our college, and all the things he said were true. I think he is a great teacher; his behavior was also good with all the students. Also, his friendly nature is the best; he never scolds a student.
