I have been a professional basketball player for 16 years and a personal trainer for 9 years. I gained a lot of experience during my career in the fitness field. I have certifications in personal training and strength and conditioning. I have helped many people achieve their dream body as well as helped youth and professional players improve their basketball skills

About the lesson

first, I ask the person to share with me their needs and goals and their life routine. second, I do a general evaluation to evalutate their weaknesses and the strengths. third, I design a program and work gradually over a specified time.
