About Austin

I am someone with 15 years of experience in the gym, and I have a professional but friendly approach to getting you in your best shape. I adapt to people's styles and listen to what their goals are and how they respond to various fitness regimens.

About the lesson

I help my clients set up a workout plan, workout advice, technique, mentality, dieting, etc. I am an advanced lifter, with a combined powerlifting total of over 1,200 pounds. I am especially qualified to help men improve their benching. My lessons are for those who are starting out up to intermediate lifters.
