About Jorge

Personal trainer for 6 years. Dancer for 11 years and psychologist for 15 years. I am currently studying for a degree in choreography. With studies in kinesiology and movement analysis. I have worked in gyms and studios where I have taught fitness classes, yoga, Pilates, beginner ballet and personalized workouts. Recently completed the propaedeutic as a sports psychologist

About the lesson

Certified as a personal trainer, psychologist and dancer, I seek through conscious and constant training to develop the student's goals. I use the body awareness method as well as different fitness techniques to do an integrated training for the student, with dedication and respect.
