I have been a personal trainer for 1 year, but have been teaching calisthenics for 3 years. competed in freestyle calisthenics, endurance and strength tournaments and I have also been a judge of several competitions. I also have knowledge of yoga training

The routines of the classes are divided into 4 levels (beginners, intermediate, advanced, elite) and in 3 parts (warm-up, main routine and final routine) all are different and focus mainly on exercises with body weight, so the equipment gym is practically non-existent
