About Kuhlekonke

I am Kuhlekonke. I like teaching personal training because I remember that my dream was to be a gym influencer, but I was shattered because of who I was in the past. I was smoking cigarettes, and my [family] chased me out of the house, told me to stand on my own, and I succeeded by starting this personal training.

About the lesson

Building up your body in a healthy way makes your body have energy and strength to keep going and build a fast mindset but only if you know what are what do you want here and having a healthy body can expand your horizons
