About Flynn

Hi! I’m a 14-year-old musician with a deep love for classical music and a mission to make music theory both accessible and exciting. I don't just study theory on paper—I live it every day through the different instruments I play. I am a pianist, a singer, and a bagpiper.
Because I navigate the worlds of classical keyboard harmony, vocal sight-reading, and the unique modal traditions of the bagpipes, I understand how music works from multiple perspectives. I leverage this diverse background to help fellow students achieve total excellence in music theory, making sense of the rules behind the notes.

About the lesson

Whether you are picking up sheet music for the first time, preparing for formal examinations, or wanting to understand the mechanics behind your favorite classical masterpieces, I am here to guide you.
• Comprehensive Theory Foundations: From reading notation and understanding complex rhythms to mastering scales, intervals, keys, and time signatures.
• Classical Harmony Analysis: Diving into the structure of classical works to see how great composers built their music.
• Practical Application: Connecting dry theory directly to real-world playing—especially helpful if you also play piano or sing!
• Tailored, Engaging Lessons: Friendly, interactive, and structured peer-to-peer tutoring designed around your specific musical goals and learning style.
