About Mama

I was a HS girls basketball coach for 2 years, I have a 3rd degree black belt and recently got certified in personal training. I have experience being active and wanting to work on body mechanics and movement overall.

About the lesson

I have a passion to help people and teach others. I would like to help others all around with their character and how to persevere through the struggles while making them a better person and how it relates to their sport/activity. The mental aspect is always a part of it.
