To start your weight loss or fat loss journey, you need to create a calorie deficit by simply eating below your maintenance calories. For example, if your calorie deficit is 2000, then you need to eat around 1700 to 1800 calories per day and slowly you can reduce your calories to 1500.20-Jan-2021
