About Andrea
Born and raised in London, I am currently reading a master's student in political science at Sciences Po, Paris. I graduated from the University of Edinburgh with first class honours in French and History of Art. Prior to that, I attended St Paul's Girls' School and obtained 11 A*s at GCSEs and 3As at A Level.
I work with children and adults alike. I have had experience teaching primary school children Latin while I was at school.

I aim to help my students increase their confidence when expressing themselves in English in the most organic and fun way possible, by discussing and debating topics that are of genuine interest to them.
From my years of learning other languages (Chinese, French, Italian and most recently, Arabic!), I have I loved forming connections with native speakers to understand their culture and chat about our shared interests and values.
Working with the student, we will decide joint topics of conversation and target the areas in which you have the most trouble (accent, points of grammar etc.). I also tutor students preparing for their interviews at top independent schools in the UK and for studies at an Anglophone university.
I've had a varied education and am happy to impart my love of fine art, international politics and my experiences in the UK and France!
