About Barbie
Good morning / afternoon, Sir or Ma’am. Thank you so much for giving me this opportunity to introduce myself.
My name is Barbie Mahanta, and I am from Mariani Duklongiya Deka Gaon. I completed my degree in B.Music in Hindustani music from Dibrugarh University.
As a teacher, I consider myself, H.S school with a strong passion for making learning interactive and accessible. My teaching philosophy focuses on activity-based learning—connecting everyday real-life examples to simple lessons so that students truly understand the core concepts rather than just memorizing them.
2 year Over the past 2024 to 2025 years at H.S school, I have taught Hindustani vocal music and theory and worked on building a structured yet supportive classroom.

There is magic in Barbie's voice. I have witnessed his dedication to music firsthand. Additionally, he has theoretical knowledge of music that can benefit music students. I am optimistic by Miss Mohanta.
