About Naeem

I’m a soccer player so training is part of my life and I know what it’s like to not train at all you get lazy you always tired but through training I found I had moreenergy and I’m even more focused

About the lesson

I’ll focus on what you need and not do stuff that won’t benefit you because you can do all the training but get no results because you’re doing wrong. I will focus more on technique than anything else coz you first do it right then you can add weight
