About Calvin

I was first an executive chef at 16 years of age. I am now cooking for 12 years. I have been featured in some of Joburg's best magazines. I have gone private to teach the art. Let's cook!

About the lesson

I love teaching, I have been teaching cooking for 4 years now, examining Matrics for their practical exams as well as 3 restaurants which I helped launch. I was in charge of training front of house as well as back of house staff.
