About Ricky

I’ve worked in the entertainment industry for over 20 years as a filmmaker, casting director, and actor. I created and starred in a cable series, directed feature films, and cast countless actors along the way.

As a performer, I’ve been recognized with international awards, and as a director and producer, I’ve built projects from the ground up — from indie films to television. My passion is helping new and aspiring actors unlock their potential with practical tools, honest feedback, and insider knowledge of how the industry really works.

Whether you’re preparing for auditions, sharpening your scene study, or looking for guidance on how to start and sustain a career in entertainment, I’ll give you the professional insight, confidence, and craft you need to succeed.
