About Elle
Exercise is my passion, I enjoyed it so that I made it my career.
I am certified as personal trainer for over 15 years. My knowledge is in strength training body transformation and weight loss. I am Also trained in pre and post surgery training and stretching modalities. I continue my education by attending workshops, continuing education credits and health seminars. also enjoy and attend fitness expos which keep me up to date with the latest news in the fitness industry.

Also eating habits and work schedule along with this information and their goals I customize a personalised program they can stick with and maintain as a lifestyle
