About Srinjoy
Hello Students, My name is Srinjoy Dutta and I'm a Chef in the continental cuisine. I'm an IHM Graduate and have also worked at a few 5 star hotels in Kolkata. I'm willing to share my knowledge with you, from the basics of Food Production to the point where you guys can become the best chefs. This is a good learning opportunity for you guys for those who want to be a part of Kitchen Department or who want to pursue Hotel Management. Classes can be taken in Bengali, Hindi or English as well, according to your preference.

Classes will be taken according to your child's capability and my classes will include both theoretical as well as Practical classes. I will be teaching them the basics of Food Production followed by an online practical class on a weekly basis. My motto is to make the students , the best chef the world has ever seen. Would provide special attention to all of the students whenever required. Practical and theoretical examinations will be taken as well.
