About Mia

I have been dancing and coaching for my whole life. It’s my passion and my drive. I enjoy helping others grow into an individual which they are proud to be, through their own unique way and that is why dance is this amazing art form

Not only am I a professional dancer myself but work on maintaining a balanced life in order to do what I love. I create exercises that not only benefit you but bring joy and love to this art form dance
