My name is Gaspar Otero, I'm currently 21 years old, and I'm Argentinian. I'm passionate about fitness and mechanics. I've been training since I was 13 and have always been dedicated to sharing information in every way possible. My main goal is to help people look in the mirror and smile.

I also familiarize myself with their daily schedules to provide the best guidance based on their availability for training and nutrition. I work with both children and adults because there's no age limit for a healthy life.
