About Paul

I have been practicing drums for 16 years, graduated from the Prix d'Excellence from the Nadia and Gilles Touché drum school (Aix-En-Provence) with unanimous congratulations from the jury. I have had many experiences with groups, concerts, jam sessions (jazz, rock, current music, hip-hop, world music ..). I have been teaching for several years. I also pursued classical studies at the Conservatory during which I obtained a Very Good Composition Prize, a Very Good mention in a specialized cycle of composition according to styles and historical forms, a Harmony Brevet, a Brevet de contrepoint as well as a Certificate of Musical Studies in musical training (solfège) mention Très Bien.

About the lesson

My lessons are adapted according to the level and objectives of each student so that he / she is fully autonomous both in his work and in his own artistic expression. I have the same requirements for everyone, as much in the quality of the game, the sound, the musicality, the understanding of the musical discourse and of course in the development of the student during his learning (the practice of music to remain a pleasure). The courses can be structured around: rudiments work, style work with or without a musical tape, work on scores, improvisation, composition, readings, musical writing by hand or on professional computer software (Final), music theory. lessons at home at the Aubervilliers-La Courneuve RER station or at the student's home. I can give lessons in groups of 2 students at home (or more at their home) if they wish, but only non-beginner students for the drums.

Perfect!
