About Walter
Developing optimal tone and resonance remains the core of my teaching practice for 12 years. I hold an MMus Vocal Performance from the University of Auckland. My instruction covers genre styling in pop, classical, and musical theatre alongside essential breathing control.
Students also explore warm-up exercises, sight singing, and clear diction and articulation. Please reach out if you want to start singing.

Do you feel ready to find your true voice during our 8 minute warm up phase? Sessions flow through specific technical adjustments before moving into repertoire that actually matters to you.
I draw upon my MMus degree to ensure your body mechanics support the sound you want to create. We prioritize steady progress while keeping the atmosphere light and playful during all 6 parts of our time together. Twelve years of teaching has shown me that technical growth works best when music stays enjoyable. Expect to work through detailed phrasing and styling in a way that feels natural for your unique range.
