About Jenny
I’m Jenny, and I absolutely love teaching my subject that I’ve been passionate about since I sat my GCSEs. Geography is one of the most employable subjects, but it is also a subject that is essential to all parts of our lives. I enjoy helping students not only succeed in this ever-changing subject, but gain a genuine interest in it. I love helping learners connect concepts to the real world, and feel proud of what they achieve.

Hi! I’m Jenny. I’m a qualified Geography teacher with 6 years' experience teaching KS3, GCSE, and A-level. I focus on helping students understand concepts quickly, apply them to exam questions specific to their exam board, and gain confidence in the subject. How I teach: I break topics down into manageable steps using a mix of discussion, practice questions, and case study examples (relevant to your syllabus). I also show students how to tackle different exam question types, interpret data, and structure longer answers e.g. 6 and 9 markers effectively. Lesson length: Typically 60 minutes with recap/retrieval practice, new material, guided practice, and exam application. Flexible if needed. Who lessons are for: Students from KS3 to A-level who want targeted support, exam practice, or help with coursework. Lessons are tailored to your goals, pace, and learning style. I aim to make Geography clear, engaging, and achievable, so students leave each lesson feeling confident and well-prepared.
