About Ephraim
I am qualified in teaching geography and have the following qualifications Senior teachers diploma, B Tech Education mangement. B Ed Honours. I have fourteen years teaching experience, i have three years teaching experience in SSIP Atteridgeville grade 12 programme, grade 12 final exam marking experience of eight years, Head of department for social sciences for 3 years and currently i am a Deputy Princical as from 2016 to date.. I have obtained good geography grade 12 results last i got 100% matric pass.

I mostly use powerpoint presentations linked to smart presentation. Focus is on learner centred approach as the learners are actively involved in learning activities . My role becomes that of guiding learners in discovering solutions to specific scenarios and situations to achieve set goals. Use of previous examintion question papers in preparing the learners for exam . How to approach, analyse, interprete questions. Detecting operative verbs or action verbs and answering fully to qualify for total mark allocates.
