I keep an organized classroom style, but make sure our rapport is light. Having previously worked with students with disabilities or special needs, I am quick to pick up on something not working and changing gears quickly. My ESL experience could also benefit many.

I have 6 children of my own who I’ve homeschooled previously, as well as working 1:1 with students in public school.
