Hello! My name is Jeah, and I'm from Davao City, Philippines. I'm currently a third-year Bachelor of Science in Information Technology student with 1 year and 6 months of professional experience in the BPO industry, specializing in English communication, customer service, and technical support.

During my professional journey, I was promoted to Point of Contact (POC), where I developed strong communication, active listening, patience, and problem-solving skills.

As an aspiring English tutor, I am passionate about helping students improve their English skills and become more confident speakers. I believe every student learns differently, so I aim to create a friendly, supportive, and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is friendly, patient, interactive, and student-centered. I believe learning English should be enjoyable, comfortable, and practical.

I focus on improving students' speaking, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills through conversations, simple exercises, and real-life examples.

A typical lesson starts with a short conversation, followed by the main topic, guided activities, and a quick review with constructive feedback.

What sets me apart is my 1 year and 6 months of experience in customer service and technical support, where I developed strong English communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.

My lessons are suitable for beginners, children, teenagers, adults, and anyone who wants to improve their English skills and gain confidence in speaking.
