About Covadonga

My name is Covadonga. I am a 28 year old former competition swimmer. I started my swimming career at 6 and stopped racing in 2020, when COVID hit. Now I keep swimming as a health tool. I trust the science and benefits of this sport and its many healing capacities.

About the lesson

Becoming a swimmer is like a long distance race. It requires technical skills and dedication. Learn a proper technical stroke and see a boost on your improvement.

She is patient, kind and loves the process of learning and helping others learn, even more so when it is about something she is truly passionate about. Architecture is such a fascinating world, full of complexity and depth, and I think Covadonga is the perfect person to show its many forms to you in the level you need ans with the detail you require.
