About Anneleen
I love supporting people in reaching a goal that is just a little too uncomfortable to achieve alone.
I'm passionate about water and believe everyone should have the opportunity to safely enjoy being in a body of water out in nature. Finally swimming effortlessly can provide a healthy way of keeping up our cardiovasculair health until old age.

With an empathetic approach I like to help people find that little bit of extra motivation, discipline and perseverance to accomplish their goals.
Depending on your wish, lessons are 45min to 1h.
I can help you learn to swim from the very beginning, optimise your breathing pattern or improve your efficiency. I love working with kids (5 and up) as well as adults.
I like to meet 2x / week for at least 4 weeks.
My experience ranges from school swimming, competitive swimming, learn to swim,... I obtained a coaching degree in swimming during my studies of
exercise science.
