About Lance
Hello! My name is Lance! People know me as a very fun person. I have a Tefl certificate in teaching English to people in other countries. I speak English, French, and Spanish and I also speak a few other languages on a beginner level. I also tutored Pre-K students on geography and maps. I love answering questions so please ask as many as you can. However, I also want you all to know that it's okay to make mistakes because we're all human, that's how we grow.

I am an elementary level tutor and my main intro to my students is that this will be the funnest class you've ever had! We are going to learn how to draw and replicate an entire map of the United States by memory! My objective is to motivate my students to get in a position where they are motivated to travel and never get lost again. For example, I understand that there's a lot of students who are visual learners and I honestly love to compare certain things on a map to pictures to memorize things to fit in their subconscious memory. I also create beats and rhythms so their brains can naturally memorize patterns.
Depending on the circumstances, and the pace of my students, for a simple lesson on geography, I would teach my students one region at a time so they can get a grasp of how diverse the world actually is. Then I would actually show them how each region comes together to form one whole of humanity. The number one thing that a lot of my students know about me is that I always have been the funnest tutor they've ever had!
