I understand my student by asking him or her to share their knowledge with me then i share mine withem by co relating each other. Because it is all a kind of good connection.
I have worked with intersting students who wee intelligent but moreover they were hardworking. Most of them were like that they faced problems on focusing. But everything was perfect as they soon came to know that focus matters a lot.
I would just say that teachers are those who not only make us learn but also educate this is the first and ever reason to why a student should care about hiring a teacher with excellency.
I am fond of the questionnaire that was held at my campus by my teachers.

How can they make any improvements or how can they find out the results of any research or qustion while they are working on it and what are the prefferable mistakes which can make them better next time ?
