I had been wanting to know how Bbq and smoke my own foods on the grill. Chef Patrick cane in and help me assemble my smoker and grill, then walked me through step by step on how prep the meat, how cook it, the temperature and cook times. I feel like I can confidently cook for all my family and friends now.
