About Lulutho

I am a semi-professional football player, with a Bachelor's degree in physical activity and Sports Science. My bachelor also comes with honors. My multi-country football experience (South Africa and Spain), has equipped me with people skills and competency in sports development.

About the lesson

We focus on not only training the physical body, but the mind as well. We train all Gross motor skills and fine motor skills with indirect cognitive development.

We normally host these sessions for an hour per day from Monday to Friday.
