About John
I am a lifelong volunteer, and coach who has spent my business career in the upstream oil and gas industry, developing new products, marketing and promoting solutions in an industry with many ups and downs.
I have been effective in forming appropriate teams, defining success and then managing by example. I have developed methods to create reporting metrics to give a clear picture of progress, strengths and opportunities.

My philosophy is that it is essential to sell up through to the organization – developing and presenting to executive management new product development opportunities as well as requests for capital funding of new projects. I have a unique understanding of supply chain management through longtime relationship-building with suppliers, internal manufacturing, customer, and to the customer’s customer.
Overview of My Experience:
• Excellent history of meeting or surpassing revenue expectations.
• Exceptional skills in communicating sales and marketing strategies, including defining products, channels of distribution and prices.
