About Roma Carmela
I have a Bachelor’s in Secondary Education majoring in English and have taught in various educational environments such as elite all-girls schools, English language proficiency centers, and IELTS prep centers. I bring to each session both formal academic knowledge and practical mentoring experience. My background varies from secondary to college level instruction focusing on English proficiency, academic literacy and research methodology. However, I also volunteered to teach in daycare centers and to little kids. As an educator, my goal is to offer personalized, structured, results-oriented support and instruction. My tutoring approach is based on student-led discovery, structural scaffolding, and applied work.
