About Amara
I’m currently a Planning and Development degree apprentice, where I explore geographical concepts through real-world development and planning. This gives me a practical perspective that I enjoy bringing into tutoring.
Most importantly, I enjoy teaching and helping others understand Geography. I aim to make lessons engaging, identify where students struggle, and help them develop the knowledge, confidence and exam technique to improve their marks.

I offer personalised Geography tuition focused on exam technique, case studies, revision and improving exam responses.
My first sessions are about understanding where you currently struggle by reviewing your homework, previous answers and understanding of different topics. From there, I’ll create lessons around the areas you need to improve most.
I particularly focus on helping students understand how to structure answers, apply case studies effectively, retain key information and turn their knowledge into marks.
