About Antonella
I have been a contemporary dancer for 10 years, I studied various dance styles from a very young age, including classical, jazz, salsa, contemporary, lyrical and I also took stretching and stretching classes during my career. I gave stretching and contemporary dance classes for adults for a year, and then I dedicated myself to teaching Dance classes to children between 3 and 6 years old.

My classes are for everyone, it does nót matter that they have not done any dances. The main thing is to work with the health of the body and from a conscious point of view of each movement. Something that I emphasize in all my classes is giving great importance to breathing and listening to the body. Another very important thing is the consistency in the classes to be able to see the improvements in the postures and the elongation.
