About Piyush

I am a Chef Manager working with 5 star hotel handling, menu, resources, waste, staff and interaction.
I have completed bachelors in Culinary arts with my major in European cuisine and keen interest in nutrition.
After that, I completed two years of Management Training with 5 star hotel chain.

About the lesson

Well, My teaching method is very much interactive. I encourage the understanding of theorotical concept before practical trials.
I have always been curious and look forward to meeting more people curious about food and everything about it.
I am hoping that I would also learn through our interactive sessions
