About Paige
I have been 200lbs down to 160 and back up to 215 so I know the mental struggle that comes with it. When you have a bad day with your body, I’ll be the first to tell you that I understand where you’re at and that those days will happen, but look at where you started and how far you’ve come. As long as you’re working, you’re doing great!

I understand that not everyone’s body can do the same thing. I am 5’1, but I have a very short torso and long legs so some movements had to be modified for me. I also suffer from PCOS and Endometriosis which allows me to understand that sometimes your body can’t do everything it could the day before.
