About Felipe

For about 4 years I dedicated myself to Powerlifting and that was what got me into the world of nutrition and fitness. Courses done in Gastronomy nutrition and personal trainer course. I have been training clients in a particular way for 2 years because I am not interested in the gym model.

About the lesson

My method of teaching is not based on putting together a routine but doing an evaluation of the clients performance first, then improving injuries and muscle discomfort and reinforcing those areas. Ultimately improve mobility and flexibility along with muscle mass and strength.
