About Luca

I am an Italian cook expert in fresh pasta, butcher and fishmonger. I love vegetarian and vegan cuisine as healthy and obviously prefer the use of local raw materials to meet my needs and my students. I live in the countryside and I like to go in search of wild herbs and undergrowth products!

About the lesson

I had a haute cuisine training, starting as a child with the trade. In any case I give freedom to the pupil / pupil to be able to choose what to cook according to their tastes and needs.
