About Dan

Currently working as an Executive Head Chef for a big company that has restaurants all over UK.People that I worked with or teach are currently in high positions in well established restaurants and enjoy what they've accomplished with my mentoring.

About the lesson

I'm an easy going chef as long as you're willing to listen and pay attention to details,no stress, no shouting, no panic like I see in most of the chefs nowadays. Building up your confidence in a kitchen is the first step, after that if you are passionate about culinary it will come naturally with a little help and guidance. Nobody was born a master chef. I have worked in Michelin star restaurants with Michelin star chefs, rosette restaurants,fine dinning, and with just normal pubs. The only way to get true and to master the art is to pay attention and be confident. If you hang around the barber shop long enough,eventually you will get a hair cut
