About Iaroslava
My lessons are personalized to your body, level and goals. I combine stretching, mobility, Pilates, healthy back exercises and myofascial release techniques.
Each session starts with a short assessment, then we work on mobility, flexibility, posture and controlled strengthening. I always explain and demonstrate every exercise step by step, so beginners feel comfortable too.
My goal is not just to make you more flexible, but to help you move better, feel stronger and understand your body. Sessions are suitable for all levels and can be adapted to your individual needs
