I am a 43 year-old attorney and I have been training with Sarah for almost 4 years. I can honestly say that she has been a huge influence in my life. She has pushed me (with only positive reinforcement) to get in the best shape of my life in many different areas, while always making sure that I don’t get injured. Sarah really knows the body inside and out! When I first came to Sarah, I only expressed an interest in getting better flexibility and endurance for cardio workouts. Aside from that, she has a really friendly and welcoming personality, so you'll feel like you're training with a friend (well until she makes you do her “stir the pot” exercise!!).
