About Morgan
My background is in performance arts! My passion is movement. Before one can confidently move in their own skin, we have to dive inside ourselves. My mission as a yoga teacher is to welcome vulnerability, welcome change and only then will be blossom into our best selves. I want to provide a practice that meets you wherever you may be emotionally, mentally, physically. I wish to nurture your goals in a way that is empowering with a taste of challenge!

My teaching method is to connect with wherever you might be on your yogi and life journey! The mat welcomes you with however you might feel before practice. The most important thing is that we came to practice. We must honor what our body calls for. Therefore, my teaching approach is flexible, sustainable and engaging!
