Yoga relaxes me and offers my body rest, serenity and flexibility. I would like to pass this on.

My name is Alina - I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and I offer Power Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga.
Whether you are a beginner or advanced - I adapt the lessons to you, your body and your needs.
In my lessons I offer active, sporty parts as well as relaxed parts.
Your lesson could look like this:
- Arrive and have a short talk about expectations of the lesson
- Meditation and breathing exercise
- Light warm-ups
- Yoga session (Yin, Vinyasa or Hatha)
- Final relaxation
I am happy to come to your home for a private lesson or you are welcome to come to my studio in Frankfurt. Outdoor yoga in summer is also possible.
